 book author Laura Washburn will be teaching us how to make some lovely
  warming recipes using winter vegetables. We will be making a bean or 
 root vegetable soup, following by roasted squash (or pumpkin) and fini
 shing with an apple pudding.\nEverybody is welcome and there is no o
 bligation to even participate - you can just sit and watch and ask que
 stions.\nAll classes finish with a shared lunch of what we have cooked
