Happy New Year everyone,

Does anyone know why there are construction lorries and portacabins being installed in car park outside Great Arthur House?

I am a single Mum, working from home and home schooling and feel panicked that construction work is about to start outside my window. If this is the case it would seem the worst possible time to start in the midst of the pandemic and lockdown when no one can leave their homes and be a devastating blow to  mental health. I am hoping someone can allay my fears.
