Golden Lane Estate WhatsApp Group

Hi Everyone,
I had a meeting with a COVID work group organised by the City today. One thing that did come up was how useful the Estate wide WhatsApp group at Middlesex St Estate is. I have therefore just set up a new group called Golden Lane Estate (longer names aren’t allowed) as a chat for all of the Estate.

I think that we should have a few rules so no personal abuse, or publishing personal details.

The thing with Whatsapp groups is that your phone number is on display to anyone else in the group. With an open invite to the group anyone can join and I wouldn't want my number on display for random strangers to see. The only thing you can hide is your status.
