This is in addition to the 29 votes cast at the AGM.

The committee is therefore elected.

We also have your suggestions for priorities for the year. There are a lot of these and it will take a while to collate them all but I will report back as soon as possible with a list ordered in popularity.

Again many thanks for taking part and for your support.

Good evening all.

GLERA now has a brand new Committee, of which I am honoured to be a member, and we will be working hard to support, and represent all the residents on our Estate.  Whether one is a tenant or leaseholder, we all share this Estate, and want the best for it, as its our homes.  Tim already has a list of your priorities, but please continue to let us know, via the GLERA box in the Estate Office, if there are any you wish to add, or if you have any other comments.

We have now collated all the suggestions for priorities from the form sent out with the voting letter. Please see a table listing the suggestions in order of popularity.

The most popular suggestion was addressing the maintenance of the estate with the appearance of the estate/cleaning and anti-social behaviour next on the list of priorities.

We will be discussing this at the next committee meeting and try to set achievable priorities for the year.

Congratulations to everyone. We have been away so missed all this but pleased to see Glera has survived.
