What block are you in Stefi?  Mine is okay.

If its free view you might have to do a re-tune, some free view box's/ tv's do it automatically, your unit may have done it already, just the channels have changed position/number, e.g. bbc news is now channel number 130. Freeview did a re-tune on september 3rd.

If you are the only one in the block it sounds like a loose connection on your aerial cable or the aerial cable into your flat, or the free view box, but doubt its the free view box if it was showing channels before you did the re-tune.

Constant problem, all my HD channels have gone, all free sat channels have gone, been like this for months.
