Thanks for posting this Lawrence.  I can't make the meeting, will minutes/notes be shared for those of us who can't make it?

Also, may I put a question please.  When it is planned to repaint CWH?  The state of the paintwork is terrible and makes the whole block look quite dreadful, and thus not conducive to good neighbourhood standards (Broken Windows theory: http://www.theguardian.com/housing-network/2013/aug/06/antisocial-b... and https://www.manhattan-institute.org/pdf/_atlantic_monthly-broken_wi...) and much of the glazing in the common areas needs attention (mastic/caulk has run/smeared).

I would appreciate an update on planned works.

Thanks.

I totally agree Jean.  I would also like to know when Crescent House, a Grade II* is also going to get some attention?  I think we would all like an update!

Hi Jean

Thanks for your comments.

Our Repairs and Maintenance team are currently devising a programme for this work. As soon as I have further detail I will be informing residents.

I will  be posting action points from this meeting on the notice boards  - via the weekly estate bulletin -  and in the June edition of the  estate newsletter.

Feel free to contact me directly with any issue.

Hello Laurence

I would also appreciate an update, as I said in my earlier post, as to when Crescent House is going to be re painted as well.

Thanks.

It was better than "Question Time" tonight!

I don't know what others feel who also attended last night's meeting, but I think too much time is allocated for guest speakers, which leaves not much left for residents to raise their concerns.  After all, I thought that was the idea of the meetings in the first place!
