You will be receiving your 2024/2025 ward registration forms . Check your White Form. There is a city-wide problem with the wrong white forms being put in envelopes . Is it your address?
The email for electoral services is on the Green form. Email them and they will send you your White form.
It's looks like a serious breach of personal data

Yes, have just opened mine and the white form has the details of my neighbour, who hates me!

I never even looked, I just went online to confirm my details. I have now just checked and yes, the white form is my neighbour's.
