I think it's going to renovations hell on the Estate this spring. Already over in the corner near Roscoe St there are 2 flats under renovation below me and one noisy inconsiderate bandsaw operator on one of the balconies opposite. BTW Does anyone know what are the rules re: Building Noise on the Estate? Is 9.30am on a Saturday too early?

There is a meeting on Tuesday 8 March at 7pm in the Community Centre setting out what the City is going to do to manage the site. Worth going along to see what they propose.
