I've been trying to find out any updates in regards to the concrete testing done on the estate. am i right in thinking there was a meeting this week to update us on the tests? if so, can someone enlighten me to the outcome?

also, looking at the GLERA section, there has been no minutes from meetings published since last year. is there a reason for this? i think there has now been 2 or 3 meetings this year.

I don't want to be overly critical of this site as i realise it is a run by volunteers but there seems to be very little consistency to concerns or real discussion taking place about the appalling state of our estate.

I would think that Laurence Jones must be rubbing his hands with glee and thinking he can continue to fob us all off with his woolly responses to any concern or complaint when he takes a look at the site and the general apathy of residents to form a united front against the CoL, who are clearly taking advantage of us, both financially and in the services they provide.

The latest open meeting was recorded on camera, no explanation as to why or who requested it, it was instigated by the corp staff, no information on what the recording will be used for, no info on where to view the recording or if it is for our viewing, no info regarding who has possession of the recording and if the corp will "edit" the recording.
