The City of London Corporation has been granted planning consent to redevelop the former site of the Richard Cloudesley School to provide a new primary school as well as 66 new homes; this project is known as COLPAI.

We are currently preparing our Construction Management Plan (CMP) for submission, prior to works commencing on site. We are seeking feedback from the local community on the draft Construction Management Plan (CMP) and ask that comments are received by 5 August 2018. Please note that we will continue to liaise after this date. The draft CMP is a working document and further amendments can be made once submitted.

The team will be at the Golden Lane Estate Drop-in Session on Tuesday 24 July from 4.30pm in the Golden Lane Estate Community Centre. We will have draft CMPs to hand and will be there to discuss the document and hear your thoughts.
