Dear neighbours

We are writing to you today to let you know that the next COLPAI Project community meeting that was due to take place on Thursday 26 March 2020 has been CANCELLED.

The current situation surrounding COVID-19 is everchanging and we are monitoring the news and government guidance closely. With that in mind, the health and wellbeing of our neighbours and project team are important to use, due to this we will be postponing all forthcoming events.

The COLPAI Project Team is still keen to hear your thoughts on our ongoing planning conditions consultation, which can be viewed through our project website at www.colpai-project.co.uk/consultation. The consultation period was due to end on Thursday 19 March, due to the current situation this consultation period has been extended to Friday 24th April.

We are eager to hold a public meeting to discuss the consultation further and update the local community on site activities. We will be back in touch shortly with details of how we can best achieve this in the current situation.

If you do not have access to the internet or would prefer to receive this information in printed format, please do contact the project team on the details below. Please also get in touch with the team if you have any questions regarding the project, the ongoing consultation or future meetings.

Best wishes
COLPAI Project Team
