Posted on behalf of Bob Jacks:

The Housing Department are proposing to introduce a new document called an Estate Plan.  This new document brings together in one place information about services provided by the Estate Office, Resident Involvement and Technical Services (Major Works and Repairs and Maintenance) groups.  The Plan will be updated each year based on input from residents to reflect current priorities for the year. A first draft has been produced based on recent satisfaction surveys, feedback from Resident Involvement groups, feedback from residents at GLERA General Meetings.  This draft is available for review by residents here:

New%20Golden%20Lane%20Estate%20Plan.pdf

We are seeking your comments and feedback in order to ensure that this first Estate Plan collectively reflects priorities for all residents on what the Housing Department should be focusing on in its provision of services and support to Golden Lane Estate.

Please return any comments directly to Bob Jacks via the Estate Office, or to the GLERA Mailbox in the Estate Office.

Feedback and comments should be returned by 30th March 2012.
