Dear All,

My name is Natascha and I am writing to the residents of the Great Arthur House regarding a possible photographic project. I previously communicated with Ian Dowsett and he recommended me to put an announcement on Golden Lane Estate Ning Network.

The Great Arthur House has always been of great interest for me, its intriguing architecture with the yellow glass plates, the unusual
roof top, the location, the history. I have always been wondering, who
lives there? What is the community like in the house? How do the flats
look like inside, there seems to be so much daylight. Is the roof top
in use? What is the view like - I presume it's stunning...

My idea is, to portray residents of the Great Arthur House in their flats, asking a few question what it is like to live there and what
they would do with the roof terrace. At the same time I would like to
get more information about the house itself and so write a short
article. Combined with portraits and short interview
of the residents and images of the building I think it would be an
interesting project which would be part of the MA in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography I'm currently undertaking.

Anybody who is interested in taking part of this project can reply to this message or write my directly on  natascha.sturny@googlemail.com

Thank you very much for your time.

Best, Natascha
