Following a discussion at the Policy and Resources Committee and pressure from Members of the Corporation, the City of London is working to provide vouchers for children eligible for free school meals over the October Half-Term. Parents at Aldgate and Prior Weston schools are being contacted. 

This is great news and support for Marcus Rashford and his campaign. Many people were ashamed at the decision of the House of Commons to deny this essential help to families in this difficult and worrying time. Well done City of London!
