Help please with details for new contractors

Hello!

 

I'm a long leaseholder and there is a bit of a leak in my roof that I would like the City of London to fix when it has a moment.

 

I had the number of the old contractors, but I understand we changed to new ones recently. Does anyone have the number? And am I right that we go straight to them without reporting it to the City of London first?
