hoarding lights, November Newsletter and update on December Public Meeting

Dear neighbours

The COLPAI Project team would like to apologise to all our neighbours for the disturbances caused last night (Wednesday 4 December) by the lights that have been installed along the COLPAI Project site hoarding line.

These lights were installed to ensure the safety of residents passing along Basterfield access road and to deter Anti-Social Behaviour from taking place in this area. Following conversations with neighbours in Basterfield House this morning, the decision has been made to switch these lights off due to the impact they had on neighbouring properties.

We would be keen to discuss a suitable resolution with you at the upcoming December Public Meeting, whether this is leaving the lights off or seeking dimmer lights that can be directed downwards.

Please find a link to the November COLPAI Project newsletter, which can be download here. The newsletter highlights the change in date and change in location of the December Public meeting, due to availability we have had to move the Public Meeting to Tudor Rose Court and will be taking place on Tuesday 17 December 2019 from 6pm.

Best wishes

COLPAI Project Team
