Does anyone have one of those ladders that goes up stairs? I am looking into hiring one to hang pictures over Easter and it would be £126 to hire and I am thinking of buying one instead. I thought I should ask just incase anyone had one or knew where I could hire or borrow one around here, please?

 I asked in the estate office, but, of course they said that they couldn't lend me one because of health and safety reasons.

Also, does anyone happen to know of a window cleaner around here?
