Dear residents, we apologize for the loss of your t.v and sky reception for most of today. The problem has now been resolved and was found to be due to an electrical fault. Sky users may need to re-set their boxes by removing the power supply from the the rear of the box and then replacing it. Some free view users may also need to re-tune their set boxes.
