Have they changed the collection times? Although most of us put our recycling out the night before, I thought it was advised to put it out on collection day before 9.00am, but just lately they are here much earlier than that and they collected ours this morning at just after 8.00am before I could add some more items to it.

I know it's not the end of the world, but if they have changed the times, then why haven't we been told? It still says 9.00am on the COL website
