Relocation of The London Film School to Exhibition Hall 1

FYI Ben Jonson and Breton residents - the BEO email service just delivered a letter regarding a proposed relocation of The London Film School to the remaining space in Exhibition Hall 1 (presumably to be accessed via the Golden Lane entrance). Hopefully the BJH/BH house group reps and BA reps will attend the meeting, but others may wish to given that this would almost certainly cause noise issues for those living above the lower end of Golden Lane.


Dear Barbican Resident,

I am writing to invite you to a special meeting to discuss the proposed relocation of The London Film School to the remaining space in Exhibition Hall 1.

The meeting will take place on Tuesday 4th December from 7 – 8.30pm in Exhibition Hall 1, Golden Lane, EC2Y 8DL. Doors will open from 6.30pm.

I will be joined by Mike Leigh (LFS Chairman), Toby Johnson (architects Haworth Tomkins), Peter Radford (Bollingbrook LLP), Stephen Goldman (LFS Development Consultant) and Kate Hughes (LFS Head of Marketing).

There will be a presentation at around 7.15pm, after which there will be an opportunity for you to ask questions.
