Come and join me for a 5 week Visualisation Meditation Course, beginning on Tuesday June 7th and running weekly at 8:30 to 9:30pm at Barbican Yoga Cave.

This course is designed to expand your awareness and tap into the creative power of your subconscious mind to improve your life and move you closer to your vision. The aim is to help you become deeply grounded in the present, to create and live the vision you have for your future. I use a unique and innovative approach that combines eastern traditions, neuroscience, positive psychology, somatic movement and visualisation to cultivate awareness and intention.

What you will learn? 

1. Step-by-step structured meditation techniques: the relaxation of body and mind; the expansion of your awareness; the development of your power of concentration through simple meditation exercises.
2. Systematic creative visualisation techniques.
3. How to design your own visualisation meditation to suit your needs, and help to manifest your vision.

The course is highly practical; regular practice between classes is recommended to maximize the benefits. No prior knowledge is required.
