I just noticed that Fusion have increased my Young at Heart membership fee from £3.60 per month to £10. 

i looked back and they had sent me an email which did not actually say that they were doing this but talked about online resources that they are providing during the lockdown. 

i realise that they will want to maximise income during the lockdown but it is not right to do this at the expense of older members of the community many of whom may not have online access to their bank accounts and will not have realised that this has happened. 

I have emailed them asking that they return the fee to its previous rate and refund the extra payment.
