A Tribute to Joan Flannery

Joan Flannery 1928 - 2022It is with great sadness we inform you that Joan Flannery died in UCLH hospital at 11am on Wednesday, 15th June 2022 in UCLH hospital. She slipped peacefully away leaving her son Marc and three grandsons, Nathan, Kieran and Joseph.Joan was born a Liverpudlian in 1928 moving to London in 1948 where, among other roles, became the Landlady of the 'Three Greyhounds' Pub in Soho during the 1950’s. COLPAI Project - Discharge of Conditions Application Validation – Delivery and Servicing Plan

Dear Neighbour

We hope you are well. As you may be aware, the COLPAI Project Team has been progressing with discharging planning conditions relating to the City of London Primary Academy Islington (CoLPAI) school, residential building and on-site works.

In October 2020, applications were submitted for approval of details to discharge the following conditions:
  • Condition 43 – Delivery and Servicing Plan (DSP) for the new school
  • Condition 44 – Delivery and Servicing Plan (DSP) for the residential/commercial use

The applications have now been validated on London Borough of Islington’s and City of London’s Planning Portals and the supporting documents and plans are available online.

You can view the applications on London Borough of Islington’s planning portal by visiting: https://planning.islington.gov.uk/northgate/planningexplorer/genera... and searching using the following application reference numbers:

Alternatively, you can view the applications on City of London’s planning portal by visiting: https://www.planning2.cityoflondon.gov.uk/online-applications/searc... and searching using the following application reference numbers:
  • Condition 43 and 46 – 20/00748

A copy of all of the supporting documents and plans are also available to view and download on our project website www.colpai-project.co.uk.

We will keep you updated about the planning conditions and applications as we move forward.
