Electric meter reading

Would anyone know what is going on with the meter readings on the estate? a form was circulated so the staff would read the meters every month, but nothing seems to have happened. Would anyone have a key to the meter cupboard so I could take a reading? Thanks.See More

I am an over 70s resident. I am thinking about the weeks to come and the planning for self isolation. I am already just staying very local, but still shopping at Waitrose, swimming, etc. As this looks as if life is becoming  even more restricted starting this weekend.The first thing that concerns me is the very loud noise and dirt of the huge amount of construction around us.
