I’m really not sure why CCTV camera’s are in the garages, it’s not stopped fly tipping! If anything it’s worse. I don’t call this progress and looking after the environment. Nothing is being done to prevent this. See More
All Golden Lane residents are invited to join our Cripplegate Councillors and new Alderwoman for a glass of wine at St Giles Church on Wednesday 1 February at 7 pm.It's also an opportunity for them to update us on Committee activities and answer any other questions we may have. There will be short presentations and question and answer sessions with representatives from the City’s Climate Action Strategy and the Green Doctors scheme, a charity that offers free and impartial advice to help residents stay warm, save money and live greener (an initiative sponsored by the Corporation). Please come along!See More
We're still new to the estate, so welcome any guidance on how we can participate in residents' action to make things better.
One of the things we most admired about Golden Lane before moving here was the wonderful gardens that the residents had created in the common parts. We'll do anything we can to support you in your battle to get to get the LFB report and your solicitor's letter acknowledged and the gardens reinstated.. Please let us know how we can help...
Hi Maria, Sorry my message today was a bit late to make a proper arrangement. Sue is about this afternoon, or if you'd like to get in touch with her to arrange a convenient time her number is 0780 325 9657. Hope to see you on our next Sunday Social on 12 May from about 11 until 2pm. Anna
Hi Maria. I will need to coordinate with Sue who is allocating the bags. We have also introduced a membership subscription of £20 per year to cover new soil, equipment, insurance etc. Are you free at all over the weekend? Maybe we could meet on the allotments and we can introduce you to your bag! Saturday would probably be better for me, but I'll check with Sue. Anna
We now have a growing bag available on the allotments and wondered if you still wanted to take one? Please could you get in touch with me or Sue Pearson via this website? If we don't hear from you by Wednesday 8 May (our next meeting) we'll assume you are no longer interested. Many thanks Anna Parkinson
Hey Maria- it's me!!! My Mum took that photo when I first moved in as your garden is so beautiful. I was admiring it at the time and my Mum took a photo. Are you ok that I'm using it? Maybe I should put a little line underneath it giving you credit- I wouldn't want you to think I was pretending it to be mine?!!
So, how are you- how are things- how is little Rosie?
I am hoping, hoping, hoping to be back this Autumn to my flat for good! The tenant moves out late this year and I'm trying everything in my powers to work out a way of moving back in.
Hope all is good with you- how is your garden looking this Summer?

Hello- just found your comment from a year ago. Temporarily off the estate but hoping to return by the end of 2016.
Thank you, Maria.
Ha! Thanks Maria.
Hi Maria. I have no idea if we are related , but if we get to meet some time I will tell you about the Prior side of my family in London.
Neil

Are you free at 2pm? Sorry it's short notice, was trying to coordinate with Sue. We could meet you at the allotments if you're free. Thanks Anna
