Why is Crescent House so dilapidated?
I go past the Golden Lane estate a lot and I've always wondered why Cresent House on Goswell Road is so run down compared to the buildings in the Barbican estate across the road. Does anyone know?

Long time neglect although Crescent House and the rest of the Estate are being refurbished. Crescent is the first block and work should start in January 25. There has been lots of work behing the scenes re planning, and currently sorting tenders etc
