Basterfield House Roof material?????

Hello Does anyone know what the roof on Basterfield House is made of?

My insurance company needs to know for some reason!!

I put 'flat' and 'concrete', I believe.  Usually the fact that it is listed is more of a problem for insurers - I seem to recall Halifax deal with listed buildings.
