Damaging paintwork

What numpty in the estate office is responsible for sellotaping these signs directly onto the paintwork?

Oh dear.

Given the overall state of the paintwork in this area it's just another indication that they appear to be less concerned about how the estate looks than we are!

Perhaps it's just a temporary sign while a new, sympathetically styled little notice is made.  *laughs hysterically*

I am surprised they got it to stick to anything on the estate, they should get a pay rise, commendation or something, what with the paint flaking of like dandruff and the dirt an all.
