This is a very interesting article.  My mum, who is elderly, contracted asthma, because of the conditions in her flat.  Her doctor supported her having a dehumidifier, which has helped, and relieved her asthma.  He has sent a letter asking the Corporation, as her landlord, to pay for it, and we are awaiting that decision.
