A new art installation at Crescent House has appeared since last Wednesday, free to view, is it a Damien or a Tracy, or is it a pile of junk dumped in the corridor by a corporation employee?
As far as I know this is a social tenant rented flat, and has been vacant for a while, the estate office have the keys?

DSC_7706.jpg, 191 KB Funny you should raise this Nathan. Am afraid its not as exciting as a Damien or Tracy, not that I appreciate their art, but it is furniture dumped on the landing, which I recognise, as having belonged to the previous tenant of the property, whose belongings were thrown onto a skip. I contacted the Estate Office about this last Thursday, and told them I was concerned about anyone tripping over this, and was informed it would be removed. Well, as we can see it hasn't, and is also a fire risk.
I also sent Laurence Jones, about 2 weeks ago, an email, asking him why this property had not been advertised in the usual way, via the City of London's home connections site, as he said at the last residents' meeting that all tenant properties were put on this site, but he has not replied, even though I wrote to him as the block representative for Crescent House. Obviously, I will have to pursue this.
Nathan, the 'masterpiece' has now been removed, so am afraid no one can look to it for any artistic inspiration!
