Electric meter reading

Would anyone know what is going on with the meter readings on the estate? a form was circulated so the staff would read the meters every month, but nothing seems to have happened. Would anyone have a key to the meter cupboard so I could take a reading? Thanks.See More

I had a power surge earlier this evening and now I have no TV signal. Did this happen to anyone else in Great Arthur?

I have called the TV people and left a message. If anyone is having the same issue and wants to call them, the number is 0845 230 0028. The more calls they get, the quicker it will be sorted.

Thanks. Would he mind checking with me before he leaves that all is OK here please - 07775532839 WhatsApp.

I don't know if I will actually see him, but if I do I will ask him to give you a call.

Hi Richard  that's fine. TV back on. Thanks for dealing with the matter and enjoy the rest of your evening.

It should be back for everyone now. If anyone has any problems please call the number I mentioned earlier.

Many thanks Richard.  You did really well for us.  Much appreciated.

I have had no TV signal all evening. I have called and left a message but I don't suppose they will get back until tomorrow now. Has anyone else lost their signal?

Hello Richard. I live in Crescent House, and have not lost my signal. Mine comes from Hatfield House. I presume you are in Gt. Arthur?  Have you checked with any neighbours?  It is such a nuisance.

Hi Maria. I haven't checked with anyone else but I can wait until the morning. If they have had a number of calls, they usually send someone out as an emergency call. At least I can watch stuff on-line and through the iplayer etc so it is not the end of the world, it is just annoying.

Enjoy the iplayer, and hope it gets fixed tomorrow.
