Am sorry Ian, but, regarding the lighting in Crescent House, you have been misinformed that it is all operational again.  Since Wednesday, and a bit prior to that, there has been no lighting at all by the lift area, serving Crescent House and Hatfield House, and the stairs leading down there, from the 1st floor.  Nor has there been any lighting at that end of the back of the Crescent House shops.  And, since Friday, the same half of the top floor of Crescent House, including the lift area, has been in total darkness, including some areas of the lower floors, at the same end.  This is very dangerous, and I'm surprised you have been told all the lights in Crescent House are operational, when they are not.  To try and help, as I have not yet taken down my outside lights for the Christmas period, I have again had them functioning, in order to create some lighting.
