Lack of Dissemination? important information regarding concrete erosion/cancer on Golden Lane Estate and Middlesex street

I was completely unaware of these reports until someone who doesn't live on GLE sent them to me.

Haven't seen these reports, but I knew something was planned - at some point, who knows, we sure don't - due to receiving a stonking great projected service charge bill for this financial year (2014/15).  Over £4500 for concrete repairs alone for my flat, plus over £600 for external redecoration (shamefully overdue, there's little paint left as most of it has peeled off the ceilings) and nearly £300 for door entry repairs.   That's on top of the £800+ for standard service charges.  It's going to be a very expensive year.

Larger items can be spread over a number of years.

We had a £3000 bill over 3 years.
