Hello All.  In relation to my last post about the passing away of my Mum, I would like to post an update.  Mum's funeral is to leave the car park area, outside the Estate Office, between 2.15- 2.30pm, on Thursday 18 April 2019, if anyone would like to be there.  Her Service will be held at Islington and St Pancras Crematorium, in East Finchley at 3.30pm.  Anyone is very welcome to attend, who knew her.

Afterwards, I have arranged for a 'Wake' for Mum, from about 5-5.30pm onwards, in the Shakespeare Pub.  Food and a free bar will be provided, and all who knew Mum are so welcome to come, and help me celebrate her life, as my wonderful Mum, who was always there for me.  Ian, in the Estate Office, will very kindly be posting up a notice about this, so if anyone would like to attend, either the funeral, and/or the Wake, please let me know, on 07963108416, so I can, at least make sure there is adequate catering for all!
Finally, Mum loved flowers, but if anyone prefers, if they wish, to make a charitable donation, her favourite charities were:  The Dogs Trust, and the Royal British Legion.  Also, as she received amazing care at St Joseph's Hospice, during her final few weeks, that is another option.

Thank you all.  If Mum were here she would tell me not to spend too much money on her, but, as daughters do, they ignore what their Mum says and do the complete opposite, so this occasion will be no different.  XXX

I would like to thank all those who attended, and supported me at Mum's funeral, and for all the lovely flowers. They were so beautiful.  I have placed them, in respect of my dear Mum, on the landing, where my garden was.  And, also I so appreciated so many people attending her Wake, which was a great comfort to me.  I am very lucky to know such kind, caring neighbours, and friends.  Bless you all.

Finally, I pay a 'tribute' to the person who stole one of my garden ornaments, while I was at Mum's funeral.  Real classy!  I cannot find the right words to say to you, as this is a polite page.
