I'm sure there's already a thread about this, so apologies for starting a new one. What's the latest regarding the works on Great Arthur House, does anyone know where I can find out more? Thanks!

And with all the info provided tenants/leaseholders are kept in the dark by the COL. I E how this will be done? by who? how?

A three page photo copy news letter from an architect firm stuffed in your letter box not in an envelope does not give the impression or informaition that you would expect from the COL about a six million pound project that has been dragged out for years  so no your comment does not help ..merry new year to all.

I am genuinely intrigued by 15 storeys high's comment - I don't see an issue in not putting the newsletter inside an envelope, for example, and if there are specific questions which you have, I am happy to find out the answers.

ok as you are so intrigued, can you tell me how long each flat will take to have new windows and walls fitted? and the method of how this will be done for starters ?

Good evening Mr Graves.  As our Alderman, I wanted to discuss an issue with you, totally separate from this one, but unfortunately am unable to send you a message.  I was wondering if you could kindly let me know how I can do this, maybe via email?

Many thanks.

Resident of Crescent House.

So its August next week the month we were informed that this project was due to start .....still no information has been provided and all tenents still kept in the dark  and no reply from the ALDERMAN

My relative lives on Middlesex estate and the Chair of their leaseholders has formed a small group to monitor the major works, in particular, to ensure that the debacle that took place on Barbican is not repeated.

The leaseholders group mostly works by email. The Chair, Damien Vaugh has tried to join our website but has run into some technical glitch and so was unable to do so and has written to the Secretary.

Given the urgency and the fast pace at which tenants and residents have been landed with these major works and concrete repairs Damien would like to share information with Golden Lane leaseholders given the similarity of the works and timing.

Damien can be contacted on chair@psla.org.uk

Many thanks

I have definitly not receveid any newsletter about any delay in this project and am unable to attend this meeting as i am sure many residents who live in the block who are housebound have no information about what is going on. the whole process of the project has been beyond a joke

On Middlesex Street Estate a day or two.

As mentioned above the answer is a big fat NO to any answers about what is happening with the windows
